The NoCo Project Lifecycle

Step 1: Discovery & Site Analysis

Great signage starts with accurate data. We meet you on-site in Timnath, Windsor, or Fort Collins to evaluate visibility lines, traffic patterns, and municipal code restrictions. We measure your frontage and identify potential electrical access points before we ever draw a line.

Step 2: Design & Permitting (The "Red Tape")

We speak 'City Planner.' Our team creates detailed technical drawings that satisfy even the strictest HOA guidelines and city codes. We handle the entire application process with Larimer or Weld County, securing your permits and engineering stamps so you don't have to deal with the paperwork

Step 3: National-Grade Fabrication

While others are bending metal in a garage, your sign is being built in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. By leveraging our national fabrication network, we utilize automotive-grade paint booths, precision water-jet cutters, and UL-certified electrical labs to produce a product that outlasts local standards

Step 4: Logistics & Installation

The final leg. We coordinate the freight, crating, and heavy-haul delivery of your signage directly to the job site. Our licensed local install teams handle the crane lifts, electrical connections, and final site cleanup. You walk out to a finished, illuminated brand.
